Black pepper is one of the essential oils in Amour Natural's 'Joint & Muscle Ease' blend, as it soothes aching muscles and encourages muscle recovery after exercise. Suggested uses: Blend 1-5 drops and add to a bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 1-5 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.
