Buckwheat Raw Organic
Try using this delicious, nutty flavoured grain in many dishes in place of the usual rice, cous cous or quinoa. It works particularly well in a risotto. Have a go at using it in sweet dishes, too, by sprinkling a handful on top of your porridge, or smoothie bowl for an extra crunchy boost of protein.
You can even try your hand at sprouting it! Simply soak the buckwheat in cold water for around twenty minutes, drain the water off and set it on your sprouter, or a plate, cover with a piece of kitchen towel, and leave it to sprout for around two days. Once sprouted, they’re perfect for adding to salads!
