Organic bulgar wheat is made from milling wheat berries into smaller grains, which in turn reduces the amount of time cooking is needed. It maintains the same amount of nutrition and goodness including many vitamins and minerals.

A great grain frequently used to liven up a simple salad or stew to add some texture. Makes a perfect tabbouleh!
