Hazel Nuts Whole
Whole hazel nuts are a great source of omega 6 and 9 fatty acids, which are both imperative for heart health. They’re also rich in vitamin E and proanthocyanins, which both have antioxidant benefits.
Enjoy them raw, or have a go at toasting them to bring out their flavour. Hazel nuts are also commonly used in many different muesli mixes and granola’s to add that extra crunch and flavour.
