Ingredients: 

Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).

Directions of use: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
