Ingredients: 

Vitamin D3 (1000iu)	25µg
Vitamin C	150mg
Zinc (as citrate)	10mg
Selenium (as selenite)	110µg
Yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae)	388mg
providing 1,3/ 1,6 beta glucans	250mg

Cellulose, DiCalcium Phosphate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate & Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine).

Directions of use: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
