Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Crosslined Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin).

Directions of use: 1 tablet daily with a meal.
