Ingredients: 

Antioxidant: dl apha (Tocopherol), Capsule Shell (Modified Corn Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan).

Directions of use: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist.
