Ingredients: Aqua,  Dicaprylyl Ether, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe vera) Leaf Juice, Polysorbate 20, Menthol, Pinus Sylvestris (Scots Pine) Leaf Extract, Glycosaminoglycans, Harpagophytum Procumbens (Devils Claw) Root Extract, Dimethyl Sulfone, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Stem/Flower Oil,  Propylene Glycol, Acrylates C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium Phytate, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Citral*, Limonene*, Linalool*. *(constituents of essential oils)

Directions of use: Apply several times a day as required. Apply a thin layer of the gel to the appropriate area and gently rub in until absorbed.
