Orzo Pasta
This orzo pasta is shaped like a short or long gain rice which can be used as part of a salad, a replacement for normal pasta dishes or baked in casseroles. Orzo translates as “barley” in Italian due to its alikeness of the grain. It has a very similar size, shape and texture to rice, which is why many people choose to use orzo pasta for its versatility. It can be served both in hot and cold dishes.
It contains more protein and fibre and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
