At Ganesha Wholefoods, we’re very much a family-run business, and we’ve specialised in a range of delicious wholefoods since all the way back in 1979, i.e. for well over 40 years. One of the key things about us is that we don’t operate exclusively online or in-store – we love offering our valued customers both things. And we really believe that it’s important that we offer people that choice, so that you can enjoy our superb line-up of products however you like to shop. And, in any case, we ran physical stores long before the internet was even a thing, so we’re keen to remain true to those roots.
To that end, we have three shops in some lovely locations in the south-west of England: in Honiton, Axminster and Sidmouth. We love having the opportunity to meet people in person, so do feel free to drop by, whether you live locally, are in the region on business, on holiday or anything else.
After all, the benefits of shopping in-store are pretty obvious. We know how many of you enjoy the sheer convenience of being able to buy our products online. But in a real-life shop such as one of ours, you can see, smell and pick up the item, so it’s a better, more immersive experience. A member of our team will be on hand with advice should you have any questions, everything on the shelves is immediately available, and you just choose what you want without having to worry about a potential return, or any shipping fees. (Although we do offer free delivery on all online orders worth £40 or more.)
You’ll find the same wide selection of items across all our stores, from wholefoods like nuts, seeds and crystallised ginger to supplements, natural toiletries and cleaning products, food and drink from leading brands and aromatherapy items including organic essential oils.
Sidmouth – Wholefoods Store
This Jurassic Coast Regency town, with its gorgeous gardens, royal links, clean beaches and attractions from nature reserves to the South West Coast Park, is understandably popular with locals and visitors alike. Whether you live here or are just passing through, visit us at 3, High Street for a chat and to pick up what you need.
Honiton – Wholefoods Store
This town is ideal for all things related to the countryside, and perfect if you want to enjoy a slower pace of life. Admire the stunning coastal landscapes, enjoy trips to the beach – and drop into our Honiton branch. Once again, we have everything you need whatever you’re doing in town, and you’ll find us right in the thick of things at 78/80 High Street.
Axminster – Wholefoods Store
This delightful market town is located on the Rive Axe in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and bursting with characterful charm. It’s the perfect place to relax, just a few miles inland from the Jurassic Coast. Once again, you’ll find us in the heart of town, at 3, South Street.
