Paprika Noble Sweet

This noble sweet paprika has a much milder, sweeter flavour than the smoked and hot varieties. It’s imperative for making a classic Hungarian goulash dish but is great to use in many recipes that call for paprika if you don’t want the heat from the hot paprika, or the woody flavour from the smoked. Because of its mild flavour, it’s often used in dishes where you just need some colour without adding an overpowering flavour. It’s generally the paprika to go for if a recipe doesn’t specify which type!
