Linwoods Story – Started over 50 years ago with a small, local shop owned by the Woods family in Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland. Linwoods have developed and grown over the past 5 decades and is now in its third generation of the founding family with John’s children Patrick, Joseph and Ellen now playing pivotal roles in the evolution of the business.

EAT SMART, LIVE BETTER – They want to make it easy for everyone to access nutrient rich seeds, fruits and nuts which are full of natural plant goodness. Because it’s the small things we do every day which can have the biggest impact on our health and wellbeing.

And to make sure that their range of health foods can be enjoyed by as many people as possible, they are all gluten free, suitable for vegetarian diets and  sourced organic materials where possible.
